CHAPTER 212 – IT’S WORLD OYSTER DAY!

It was 22nd of June, the World Oyster Day! And I was glad to be invited by 7ate9 to attend this popular celebrated festival around the world. A day dedicated to celebrate and commemorate oysters is all the rage in European continents. Now it is Kuala Lumpur’s turn to enjoy a full-fledged oyster tribute, thanks to 7ate9! And frankly speaking, I wasn’t aware that there’s such festival until I received the invitation a month ago. Well lucky me, I’m a huge fan of fresh oysters. =)

My first Christmas dinner party on the 17th of December.
Coincidently, it was also the same night when S and I attended 7aste New York as I mentioned earlier HERE.
Spent a lovely evening having luxurious festive dinner that Jody and Carmen specially prepared for us, drinking shots, taking Polaroid pictures, and playing with the colourful balloons decorated around the house.

It was a truly unforgettable fun experience at 7aste Monte Carlo that I’ve attended last two months ago HERE.
Lucky me, I was once again invited to the recent 7aste New York as their VIP guest and I was allowed to bring five lovely people to the great party happening at the newly-launched Hex & Mayfair, Damansara Perdana.
I still remember it was an insanely eventful night for me and S that day, hopping from one party to another. We first went to Jody’s christmas party at Kemuning Hill, spending a lovely time in her gorgeous crib laughing out loud and eating the luxurious food that she and Carmen specially prepared for us. Hence, it was pretty late when we reached Hex & Mayfair for 7aste New York.

AN ULTRA EXCLUSIVE RACE PARTY!
The latest edition of the glamorous Black Circuit Lounge event in Kuala Lumpur follows the very exciting Johnnie Walker® Pit Crew Experience. The star-studded guest list were given gold-standard treatment and first-class entertainment all the way, in the style of a Monaco GP after-party.
The Black Circuit Lounge promised to be the ultimate party of the year and the 800 guests who came from as far as Singapore, Moscow, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Paris were not disappointed.
An aura of exclusivity could be felt from the start. Gold invitation cuffs were personally sent to specially invited guests. The venue, in keeping with the Black Circuit Lounge tradition, was revealed only a week before the party. The landmark Swedish Marque showroom on Jalan Sungei Besi in KL was transformed into a luxury private club in the spirit of an exclusive Monaco race after-party.
Guests arrived in style and were greeted with complimentary valet service. The first arrivals on the party grid were presented with specially engraved Limited Edition Johnnie Walker® Black Label Centurion bottles. Spotted amongst the stunning guests were Reshmonu, Henry Golding, Megan Tan, Chermaine Poo, and Ash Nair.
Guests also immersed themselves in a whisky experience as Johnnie Walker® ambassadors took them through the Journey of Taste mentoring. Specially crafted Johnnie Walker® cocktails and canapés were also served by professional butlers.
Local decks-maestro DJ Goldfish got the dance floor heaving in no time. This was followed by a crowd-pleasing set of bumping hip-hop from DJ Andrew T of Singapore. To round up the night, the sizzling DJ Havana Brown from Melbourne took to the tables and cranked it up with an eclectic set that confirmed her status as one of the most in-demand DJs on the international party circuit.

CHAPTER 2 – THE SHEPHERDOO

Wherever there is inspiration, there is “The Shepherdoo”.
So I was invited to do a food review at this inspiring restaurant and lounge located at the doorstep of Klang city centre.
Snuggled in a romantic little garden right in front of the Centro Mall amidst the hustle and bustle of the Klang city, the Shepherdoo restaurant is just the perfect place for you to dine comfortably with your friends and family.
Especially when you have a crave for some Modern Latin American food, Pasta, Fajitas, Steak, Fish and chips, or even the mouth-watering Mexican Pizza!
Owh yes! They serve them all!
They serve them all not only with an undeniably good taste, but also with an affordable price that we all will definitely enjoy!
Was on my way to Klang. Went early to avoid the massive jam where the evening sun was still blazing.
So here we are at the first garden concept restaurant and lounge in the “Bakuteh City”!
I adore the cute and recognizable logo. A furry little sheep that winks!
