Merry Goes Round in March!

This March, the merry people at Guinness are bringing back the fun to Malaysians with a month long celebration of good friends, good food and of course, pints of Guinness, the world’s favourite black brew. Themed “Merry Goes Round in March”, Guinness St. Patrick’s celebrations will be held nationwide featuring an array of street parties, fun activities and a host of other exciting promotions starting from 1st March 2011 to 31st March 2011.

“For the entire month, Guinness St. Patrick’s celebrations aim to share the true spirit and essence of the St. Patrick’s festival that is globally synonymous with Guinness. Instead of just celebrating it for a day, we at Guinness are bringing St. Patrick’s fun all throughout March to put bright spots in the daily grind of our consumers. Keep a look out for our entertaining festivities as well as consumer promotions that make everyday a St. Patrick’s Day!” said Ms. Yap Swee Leng, Marketing Director of Guinness Anchor Berhad.

“This is the fifth year that Guinness is hosting this internationally-renowned celebration in Malaysia. Our goal is to bring the Guinness St. Patrick’s celebration to a whole new level, by offering an array of thrilling experinces that stem from the age-old Irish saying of ol, ceol and craic (a great pint, good music and wonderful fun).” she continued.

Lucky lucky me! I was merrily invited to Guinness St. Patrick’s Festival 2011 official launch at the incredible well-known GAB TAVERN at the Sungei Way Brewery!

In case you’re wondering where’s this GAB Tavern thing and there’s absoulutely nothing I should feel “Lucky” about, well then I think you should just shuddup and stop being so snobbishly jealous because believe it or not, TAVERN is like HEAVEN!

A “beer heaven”, at least.
