我最爱的凉皮。
起初吃起来有点怪怪的，因为面条很冷。
但过了不久就越吃越好吃了。
酸酸辣辣的凉皮吃起来真的很有口感，还非常令人开胃呢！
One of the famous street food I found in GuangZhou, called “Liang Pi” – literally means cold skin.
A dish of glass noodles that is much bigger and slightly thicker than our Kuey Teow.
Served cold, Liang Pi is mixed with peanuts, bean sprouts, dried bean curds, shredded cucumbers etc, and drenched in a kind of savory spicy sauce that made the noodles so addictively tasty and crunchy!
Definitely a MUST try if you’re there. =)

I was thrilled to receive a total of TEN invites from GO Communications to attend the Gala Premiere of Peter Pan The Musical on the 26th of November 2010 brought to us by London West End Theatre.
A heart-warming story of the boy who never grows up. Together with Wendy and Mr.Smee, they valiantly fight off their arch enemy, Captain Hook.
It was a kaleidoscope night of colours, music and lights at the Gala Premiere of Peter Pan The Musical at Sunway Lagoon.
