Remarks: I especially love it when the chef thoughtfully placed the steamed spinach underneath the Xiao Long Bao that makes it a perfect combo as well as different than those we usually eat.

醉香云耳松菇
Fried Honshimeji Mushroom with Fungus and Chinese Rice Wine

Remarks: I’ve always been a huge fan of black fungus, what more when there are fresh Honshimeji mushrooms to eat along with. A comfort dish, this is.

鱼子酱冻豆腐
Chilled Japanese Beancurd with Tobiko and Oyster Sauce

Remarks: A spoonful of extremely smooth beancurd topped with flying fish roe for me nibble through as appetizer.

Remarks: Double-boiled and gently coaxed into nourishing broths, the chef featured premium ingredients such as ginseng and spring chicken, and are renowned for their myriad health benefits. Definitely an energising bowl of chicken soup to combat our daily fatigue.

Remarks: A delicious yet juicily tender piece of deep-fried chicken paired with a generous serve of mayonnaise chopped onions and slathered with the mouth-watering mustard sauce was indeed one of my favourite dishes of the night!

Remarks: First time trying and it left me with a tummy full of tasty impression. So good I couldn’t had enough! Will definitely come back for more.

Evie and I happily enjoying our dinner in the hotel. She went for a new hairdo that day and I absolutely adore it!

What we do best after savouring a good set of Chinese dishes while waiting for desserts.
