Was cordially invited to have a scrumptious dinner with the famous local celebrities at Alan Yun’s seafood restaurant, “Pin Xiang” which is located in the heart of Aman Suria. Food was great, and I especially LOVE LOVE LOVE the kampung-style steamed Talapia I couldn’t get enough of it at all!
The sizzling hot fermented black bean sauce t’was poured on the steamed fish is the BOMB, I have to admit I got addicted right away! Besides, the perfectly-steamed and not-at-all overcooked fish was really fresh and smooth in texture I couldn’t help myself from falling in love with it because I can never accept disappointing overcooked/steamed fish that is dry and tough which, in the end, will spoil my entire meal.
Probably that is why I kept whispering to myself that I’m gonna come back for MORE!
Oh I’m drooling already.
Mmmm…yummy yumms! =)

P/s: Gonna attend a wedding dinner tonight and I still don’t know what to wear.
Anyway, remember to enjoy your Sunday night to the fullest before bluey Monday starts again!
